Four Los Lagos Seafood Companies from Chile Exhibit at China International Fisheries Expo in Qingdao
Four companies from Chile's Los Lagos region are participating in the China International Fisheries Expo, held in Qingdao from October 28 to 30, 2026, seeking to expand into Asian markets within the Chilean pavilion organized by ProChile.
Four companies from Chile's Los Lagos region are participating in the China International Fisheries Expo (CFSE), held in Qingdao, China, from October 28 to 30, 2026. The four companies are Pure Nature Foods, Salmones de Chile, Pacific Star and Pesquera Catalunya, and they will be part of the Chilean pavilion coordinated by the Export Promotion Bureau of Chile (ProChile).
According to aqua.cl, the goal of the four companies in exhibiting is to strengthen their presence in Asian markets, establish new business contacts and open up new business opportunities. The China International Fisheries Expo is listed as one of the leading international professional trade shows for the fisheries and aquaculture industry.
aqua.cl's report notes that the participation comes against a backdrop of growth in Los Lagos region exports to China.
Venezuela is also sending a delegation to exhibit at the same trade show. According to Radio Mundial, Venezuela's Ministry of Fisheries and seafood companies will present their products, meet buyers and strengthen business ties with China and international markets at the Qingdao show from October 28 to 30.
