The Okhotsk Sea Regional Administration of the Russian Federal Fisheries Agency has issued a tender for fishing rights in a water area in Magadan Region, for the purpose of supporting the traditional way of life of indigenous minorities. According to the tender documents, the deadline for accepting applications is December 2, the same day on which bids will be opened and quotation documents unsealed.
